When you send a rental request through this website, we ask for:

- the car you are interested in and the dates you chose.
If you call or email us instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation, such as your name, your phone number, your email address, and what you need the car for. We do not ask for a licence number, a payment card, or any identity document through this website.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to contact you about the rental you asked about, answer your questions, and, if you go ahead, prepare the rental agreement. We do not use your details to build a profile of you, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal details, rent them out, or pass them to anyone for their own marketing. We share them only where it is necessary to carry out the rental you asked for, or where the law requires us to, for example in response to a valid request from a public authority.
How long we keep it
